I know that you can't repair those items with ducttape, I was talking that you can't repair those items at all

It also doesn't help that you can target and dismount the barbwire from few feet away from the fence ... meaning if you would build the fence behind a chain link fence for example (from which you can "target through"), you can dismount the barbwire even if you aren't close to it.
Is there a loud "crack" sound (played as audio ingame feedback) planned?
I have also observed this, any activity with knives and other tools cause them to go damaged unreasonably fast. Digging worms with a kitchen knife made it go ruined after three worms (from worn). Improvised knife is more or less instantly ruined, you can use it twice or maybe three times depending on what you use it for. Axes wear stupidly fast from cutting down anything at all (trees, bushes, zeds...).

@Jacob_Mango, it's complete garbage, and most if not all modders haven't used it and continued to use the buggy shit we have had for years. I don't feel like anyone wishes to have a completely new system, just fix the serializer, or find a new one.

The leg break lasted 55 minutes.
The splint had returned to my inventory, the broken bone icon had gone and my character was no longer groaning. This was when I tried to sprint.
I could not reuse the splint, only break it down.

3 digit locks only take a few minutes of going through the combinations to unlock it.
So it's possible another player just tried different codes and changed it to their own code after they got in.
Not happening to me still. I dried two chicken steaks (fresh ones), let them cool, ate them right away (but nothing else) and I was OK. BTW I was fully energized and hydrated - no adverse modifiers active.

Try disabling V-Sync in DayZ graphics settings.

- I experienced this issue as well today and yesterday on exp 1.10.153507, where I suddenly was unable to place things into my hands. Moving items from the ground<->inventory worked fine at the same time though. @SoundEnginar Nah, we wiped TRMZ servers on 1.09 and the issue TRMZ is discussing was apparent from a clean start there
At the beginning of 1.09 TRMZ brought up the issue of knifes essentially becoming Heli tier finds on a high pop server. To begin with, I didn't notice much change but after a week or so I was convinced he was right.

Reproduced issue successfully with Chicken meat. Made sure to wash my hands first.
It appears opening & closing the inventory will sometimes refresh the Quickbar.
