Vigor reaper pack MISSING

I bought the Reaper Pack and it is not showing in my shelter. When I click the reaper pack it shows I have bought this but. After speaking to Bohemia multiple times they told me I have refunded this pack however, I have never done this. I had the pack in my shelter and now I can't find any of the contents in my cosmetics section.
