To create a feedback/bug report or to add a comment to an existing issue you will need to create an account which you can do from the Log In button in the top right-hand side of the page.
Before submitting a feedback / bug report please make sure to do the following:
- Take a look at the known issues on the reforger website
- Search through the fedback tracker by looking through the issues below or using the search function on the top-right.
- If you cannot find the issue you have encountered in any of these report it here
- If you experience an issue shortly after an update there is a chance someone else has already reported it.
- If you encounter a crash and a similar crash has already beed reported, please report your crash in a new ticket so the developers can track the crash and its progress.
To create a support ticket after you have created an account and logged in use the Star icon on the top right-hand side of the page which will display a dropdown menu of support ticket types, select the ticket type which is relevant to your platform and the issue that you are reporting, for example:
- If you are posting about an Xbox issue use the New Arma Reforger Xbox Bug Report option - if your issue is related to any potential security issues you should send a private bug report by using the next option down in the same menu which is labelled New Arma Reforger Private Bug Report.
- If your issue is for the PC platform or a general issue/bug/undocumented-feature then use the New Arma Reforger Bug Report option, or again if it is potentially a security related issue use the New Arma Reforger Private Bug Report option.
- If your issue is related to the Arma Reforger Tools package then use the New Arma Reforger Modding Bug Report option.
Select the relevant tab below to browse recently created Arma Reforger issues:
- ArmaReforger Issues - Issues people are experiencing in which are not on the Xbox.
- ArmaReforger Modding Issues - Issues with modding and using the ArmaReforger Tools packages.
- ArmaReforger Xbox Issues - Issues people are experiencing on the Xbox platform.
The Activity Feed in the right-hand side column contains todays reported issues only.
