If you go prone with an unloaded flare gun and try to shot, there is no clicking Sound. If you are standing or speaking there is a Sound. It Doesn't matter If you are in your back or belly, as long as the flare gun is unloaded. The Hand still twiches just like it would when you pull the triggern.
