unfortunately we have a cheater on 31.214.224.250 (Experimental Europe DE 8250)

Behaviour: Keeps hitting players from apperently below and is able to teleport to the players positions. The cheater is however not capable of following players onto a boat, or into the water. This is the only way to resist the attacks.

Would you be so kind as to check the protocols in order to get rid of this problem.
