My account was on a world where I was waiting out a rain storm and then the game logged me out of the server saying my account lost connection to the host. I've tried logging into the same world and it says that I'm already logged into it. Tried logging into another server; says I'm already in a server. Tried closing the app and restarting it, didn't fix it. Tried restarting the PS4, didn't fix it.
