I spent like 100 crowns on elimination and 3rd round I got shot and killed and the game gave me an error. Sent me to Xbox dashboard. And took my crowns. The match before that it happened to my friend. This is bs. I want a refund on my crowns or I want my crowns back please.

How do I request help? I unlocked an exit, it said "This exit is now open" but when I went to it to leave when the storm hit, it didn't work. I ran across the map, to the closest open exit, using iodine and adrenalin shots but died right as I made it to the entrance.... wtf?
