Every game I play, shoot outs, encounters or eliminations. The damage register works only about 30% of the time, for me to shoot enemies and for enemies to shoot me. It is not an issue of missed shots, because there are very clear blood splatters on hit areas of the body. Throughout the new update I have amassed probably 20 clips of severe circumstances. The issue also doesn't rely on ping aswell it seems if I have low ping it happens both ways and high ping the same.
