This is a bug for all platforms of the game PC/Console.
The action to "Restrain" causes every players inventory to close past 100 - 1100 meters (Render Distance).

Steps To Reproduce
There needs to be a rework on the Actions "ActionRestrainSelf"/ "ActionRestrainTarget" linked with not being able to access inventory.
For now I've provided a workshop mod which completely removes the action from all items which use this.
Items which use these actions:
- Rope
- Duct Tape
- Handcuffs
- Barbed Wire
- Metal Wire
But the issue is within the Actions themselves.
