Is there any information on understanding this zip file (freezelog)? After converting it, it's still pretty difficult to understand. Some issues are understandable in the crash log itself.. but also, the crash log may throw an exception issue but also not tell you why. Just looking for more information on understanding the more complicated issues. We must have been given accesse to these for a reason..
