I have been annoyed by having several times when I would reload a mag with holding triangle and l2 , the mag that was removed from the weapon would disappear and not be in my inventory or on the ground. Lost 60 rnd mag on m16 today and 45 rnd mag on ka 74 few weeks ago.

Steps To Reproduce
Shoot some rounds out of mag in weapon and have spare mags with ammo in inventory to speed load with l2 and triangle and sometimes the mags disappear that were removed from weapon. Doesn't happen everytime but very annoying to lose mags from reloads.
