Having an issue where I try and join servers and I get a blurry screen of my character but never loads into the server.

I've been playing for years first time anything like this has ever happen. I've tried troubleshooting and every fix I can find online. On occasion it will load me in and after 20mins or so I won't be able to swap weapons, eat, open doors and I have to relog and then it back to the same thing blurry screen and won't load on any servers.

I've tried uninstalling the game over 10 times, reset my network, connected to new networks, connected to my hotspot, reset Mac address, deleted saved game data, hard reset my Xbox multiple times, reset router multiple times, switched servers, tried community same issue no matter what. I've tried everything multiple times over the past 2 weeks every combination of these fixes and nothing fixes it and there is no info online besides a 2year old video where someone had my issue and fixed it by using a hotspot.

I just can't join any servers same thing all the time
