I have always for months played on a specific community server. The lag has been bareable, but in the last 2 days it is completely and suddenly unplayable. Only on this server.

Nobody else in the server is experiencing this issue.

The server admin ran multiple checks and the server is completely stable. This happens at constantly for 2 days at all varying server popularities.

I have tried many things, changed my DNS settings, MAC address, rebooted, deleted and redownloaded, deleted save files, had my ISP rebuild my router/internet, used an ethernet cable to connect.

Weirdly, it was bareable for an hour last night and back to normal, but then dropped again.

The issue is i am fine with no FPS drop, but it takes 10 seconds to ineract with anything, the world freezes, then all packets load at once every 10 seconds - even game chat voice resumes at super fast speed once the ‘spike’ ends. Altough it is constant…

My old connection when testing the route to the IP address of the server host is 800ms - and when i ping using the command console on my laptop its average is about 700ms.

Why has this randomly happened, i’ve scoured the internet and cannot find anybody with the same problem.

This is the only server i want to play as i have many friends, both who ive met there and gotten from my IRL friends to play the server.

This has randomly happened, again, its the ONLY server it happens to - even checked europe/AP/americas servers and nothing, no problem.

Server owener set me all tech details and the server is running absolutely fine having checked server diagnostics and also discussing with other server users on discord.

Please help.
