Soo on official and my own server with increased spawns. No punched cards are spawning. At all. It has only been since the latest Xbox update, they aren’t anywhere to be found.

Restarted own server several times and changed through nitrado, waited a long time in a different town and went back and still nothing

I kind of agree with this. After last update and I have not seen any of them. Maybe I am just unlucky but over 18 convoys checked and the officer does not spawn them.

Can confirm punch cards spawning on Official as I've found one on a captain military infected with medical scrub hat just yesterday on Official SG server, also looted 2 from another player after finding their truck parked near a permanent gas zone.
