After the most recent update I'm coming across an issue with several freshly spawned items.
The items are half-imbedded/clipped into in the ground, they don't appear in the vicinity window but they can be interacted with when looking directly at them.
I've seen instances both indoors and in residential sheds.

I've also seen a handsaw generated halfway under the wall of the shed.
