Plastic explosives and improvised explosives dosen´t work sometimes!

When an explosive has been placed on the ground, then use Remote Detonator Unit with the explosive using "Arm Explosive" works aswell, but when when you press detonete nothing happens.

Have experienced the bug before when one or both of the items has been wet or damp. But now it wont work even if its dry.

Been trying to only drop explosives and place them further away with no diffrence.
And when explosives has been placed there is no way to pick them up until after restart.
