When trying to load into official servers i sometimes get: connection failed (0x00010001). «could not connect to the server because it is unreachable.» i allways get in the server after a few tries, so it’s not a big issue.

join public servers, any of them. i feel like its a 50/50 chance of getting it.

just press «OK» and try untill it works. only gotten it 3 times in a row, and then it worked.
