When you first log in the server if you have a weapon that takes magazines an you try a quick reload it won’t work you will have to drop the gun on the ground an pick the gun back up then the gun will reload

Steps To Reproduce
First loading into the server, then loading back out of the server, or sometimes result in the gun or guns that take magazines not to be able to reload by holding an Hoa, dropping the gun on the ground then picking the guy back up fixes the problem
