If you’re collecting wooden logs with axes and hatches it will regularly cause to desynchronise. If I remember right this also happened to me when I fought with the hatchet.

Nothing much to explain, log in collect a wooden log from a tree and try to put the axe into your inventory. You’ll probably be desync. If not then do it a few more times, then you’ll be desync.
