Playing on Xbox Series X.
Since 1.21 update, once a tree is chopped down, 70% of the time, my hand stop working and I can not pick anything up.
I am currently attempting to build a base and must have had to log out and back 12 times in a hour so far because I can not pick anything up each time I chop a tree.
Logging out and back in make them work again.

Steps To Reproduce
Chop a tree down for wooden log and then immediately try and pick up something or the logs
