Hello!
This issue exists since fixed underground glitch.

1. In 95% cases if drop bag from height , it ll disappear.
2. Same with clothes, u can see in the video, 1 player throws hunter pants , and jacket, both fell into the ground. Leather clothes (hidden loot) didnt disappear.
