Have had several games now where this happens. I walk over uneven terrain or get into melee combat with infected and suddenly I'm falling constantly but under the map. I still take damage so this effectively ends my game. If I exit, on reloading, I am respawned from scratch. This glitch makes the game unplayable so have had to quit playing from now on.
