I have already noticed that certain ladders allow you to go down halfway to go, for example, to the first and second floors of a radio tower.
But let's imagine you build watchtower floors around the ladder to protect your climbing or descending the ladder.
It is then possible to line up the watchtowers around the ladder and make sure that the hole for the wooden ladder on each floor is aligned with the metal ladder.

So afterwards, you could only use the radio tower's metal ladder to access each floor of your watchtowers? Yes? You follow me?
In this case, the game might offer to drop down when it detects there is a construction nearby to allow the player to access that watchtower floor.
The mechanic already exists to access the middle floor so it's possible isn't it? Without having too much work to do.
