My friend and I were in Berezino attacking infected on the southside of the medical center that is north of the firestation. He was far enough away from me and streaming in Discord when he died suddenly. At the exact same moment I died. Upon respawn I was killed 2 more times instantly in areas I believed were far south and north of Berezino medical center. Upon respawn I asked another fresh spawn if he had instantly died as well to which he responded he did. Someone came through the server with a way to instantly kill players, teleport to them, and then take their loot in a matter of seconds. I was unable to return to my body until at most 30min after my friend and I were killed.

I believe we were killed sometime between 6:45-7:20 Eastern Time. User's name is unknown.
