Cars, Humvees, and Trucks are unable to drive up hills of any kind, Mainly Trucks, They have wheel spin and won't move sometimes even when in gear or they will drive backwards when in a forward drive gear.

Steps To Reproduce
Issue #1:
1st: Get in Vehicle
2nd: Start Engine
3rd: Put Vehicle in Gear
4th: Give Vehicle Gas to Drive
5th: Try Driving Up a Hill
6th: Won't Go Up Any Hill or Incline!
Issue #2:
1st: Get in Vehicle
2nd: Start Engine
3rd: Put Vehicle in Gear
4th: Give Vehicle Gas to Drive
5th: Vehicle will Not Move and Sometimes will go in Reverse when in a Forward Gear!

This has happened to every player that has tried to Drive a Vehicle since update 1.19 has released!
It is also making Vehicles unusable In-game, making longtime player quit and never play again!
