1. Bunker door can be locked with a lockpick. It seems not too OK, I doubt that you can do it IRL, plus, people might abuse it. But it's up to you, if you wanna leave it as it is - I don't mind.
2. You can't feel the bottle/flask/any other container with the water from the bunker. OFC if you meant it as a "technical water", not for drinking (poisoned or too contaminated or else), but in that case you need to play it out in the story side (place a sign "not for drinking/poisoned" or something like that), or add an option of filling. I'm ok with any variant, so it's up to you.
