Sometimes in case of failed attempt of stealth kill of a zombie the game could teleport you at random place nearby. Sometimes even under the map. I was using worn (or damaged, I'm not sure) hunting knife when I tried to stealth kill zombie. In castle while Halloween event is on. It appears to be that it doesn't actually matter when you do it, where, and what condition of the knife is (probably).

I was playing on Xbox Series S. Official, not experimental server. First person only. It can happen on any server. It happened to me many times. Doesn't matter when you do it. It just random teleport. Only happens when stealth is failed and you just about to press RT.
I also have been teleported dureing a stealth kill. Once was under the map, another time I was sent from synistock to zelengorsk. Did not die.
