when climbing to the top of a ladder, rather than getting off at the top, you just bug out and then suddenly fall back down the ladder to your death , (or a broken leg depending on the height of the ladder.) Have never had this happen to me until today. And it happened twice today, within hours of each other.

Steps To Reproduce
Don’t know if this is reproduce-able as I haven’t tried, but the two ladders it happened to me on were completely different length and locations, far from eachother.
