When using the R1 Quickslots menu, pressing X on the selected item works intermittently. Sometimes it works with one press, other times I’ve had it take 5 presses to equip the item in the slot. Tested multiple controllers, additionally friends have the same issue.

Steps To Reproduce
Hold R1 to access the Quickslots menu
Direct the Right stick to the desired item
Press X to equip item
If you repeat this multiple times the issue should become apparent.
