When centering the cursor ("white dot" for xbox), over an object, it normally gives the title of the item and action (such as "Take" or "Take to hands". When centering the "white dot" to the side or beneath the NVG Headstrap, it does not give this animation. It can only be done if centered from directly above the item. All other items, normally will allow to 'action' from any direction of the item you are centered on.
