Items have been glitching into the ground after being thrown. Items include a plate carrier, road flare & glow stick. One item was thrown at & bounced of a house wall before vanishing. All items were lost when it was dark enough to use light producing objects. Doesn't always happen right away sometimes 4-7 times before it happens. Also seems to happen when the ground is lower than where the players ground is.
