I was playing on server: DayZ US - LA 8270 with a friend, I’ve been looting with my character for three days now, and my inventory was almost completely full of items such as guns, food, gas mask filters, medicine, and other stuff. We met up at Staroye church about 20-30 minutes before the server restart on Thursday, June 30’th, at just before 05:00 EST. We met up and shared items and I was sorting my inventory, I was putting my newly sorted clothing items which were: Paramedic pants with various medical and gun supplies in them, a dry bag backpack with a orange dry sack that had a full yellow NBC suit in it, as well as a black gasmask (respirator), and the rest of the space was full of filters for the gas mask, and a hunting vest with: a suppressed skorpion with two spare magazines, a bottle suppressed Mlok with one spare magazine, a revolver, and random assorted bullets. I already had put on my hiking jacket a few minutes before and had not taken off my firefighter helmet, balaclava, combat boots, medical gloves, a BK-18, and a repeater carbine with a bottle suppressor. There were a few other items such as teddy bears that had random loot in them and random items such as batteries I could not organize further. as I finished putting my stuff on and was getting ready to walk to my friend, the server restarted and we were (as usual) sent back to the main menu, we waited for the server to come back on, and as soon as it did, I waited about thirty (30) seconds to join back in, and upon doing so, I found that I had lost my dry bag backpack, paramedic pants, and hunter vest. They seem to have been completely deleted during the restart even though I was wearing them before the server actually restarted, I left and rejoined twice, and these items are still completely gone, so I picked up the last things (a hiking backpack and leftover, unwanted loot) and logged off to seek help and eventually, due to not finding any help, I wrote this. It’s very frustrating as I looted multiple large cities very meticulously and thoroughly to assure I had gotten everything possible to help me and my friend survive, I lost all of my ammo and good guns, as well as my medical supplies and a full NBC suit (I did not have the gloves) with a gasmask and a large number of filters.
Thank you for your time and effort, and best of wishes,
Quinlan Reed.
