If you have an item inside a tent/barrel/car/clothes and tent drop that item to the ground (holding X on xbox), the item just doesn't go to the ground, forcing you to put it in your hands (pressing A on xbox), navigate with the LB / RB to your hand and then finally drop the item on the ground.
now imagine managing MANY items from a dead player, tents, cars, imagine a full car tent and you need to change its place, the time spent picking up item by item, putting it in your hands and then throwing it on the ground, remembering that in console is not just click and drag like on PC.
