When using L2 or R2 to swap between containers or clothing items it doesn't scroll down or up anymore. This is especially annoying since it makes the inventory from 1.17 look like a blessing when compared to now. Besides this, instead of moving by each category, it now moves by item wich makes quickly swappping impossible.
