Description

Having the soft skill all the way to the left, to the "neddle" is causing me to become unable to fill blood bags to the top.

The more to the left it is the less I can fill blood bags, If its all the way to the left I can only fill blood bags up to 50% capacity.

Steps To Reproduce

Get the soft skill bar all the way to the left.

Done, now you wont be able to fill bloodbags to the top.
