anytime you take a frag grenade, flashbang, smoke off of a vest and take it to hand it removes the pin, same happens when swapping nades from one vest to another except you dont have the time to repin multiple frags and save your life… easy to avoid but i suspect many newer players and even some inattentive vets will blow themselves to smithereens when the patch goes live.

Steps To Reproduce
have a vest, any vest with grenade slots and drop it to the ground - put on a new vest and equip the grenades from the old to the new… BOOM
or have a vest with grenades on it and take one to hand, the pin is now pulled if you were to reattach it without repinning you will explode
