Dry bags and other normal backpacks do not have flag pole symbol protection.
Wooden crates, ammo boxes, tents and wooden walls have flag pole protection.

Steps To Reproduce
First make a Flag pole and attach and a flag and raise it.
Take a backpack or dry bag and drop it on the ground next to the flag pole.
It does not show the flag pole protection symbol and the bags will despawn on server reset .

But bags should have flag pole protection just like wooden crates and walls.
