I buried a wooden crate under an immobile trailer. Once I had dug up the crate it vanished. I tried looking around but could not find anything. I repeated this with a can of beans and they too disappeared. Is there any way to get my loot back?

Steps To Reproduce
Place wooden crate under the blue, unaccessible trailer and bury with a pickaxe. Undig said crate and it will disappear.
