Unfortunately the weapon and item select system in Reforger needs a rework. It shouldn't take two or more button presses to change primary weapon or select grenades / bandages / maps etc.
It should be tap Y to change between primary weapons, hold Y to pull pistol out. Grenades, map, compass and bandages should be on the d-pad, with tap to equip and help to swap between different types of the same item (eg frag and smoke grenades).
Please avoid using combinations of buttons - instead use tap, or hold, or double tap.
The DayZ Console system is OK, but perhaps consider the industry standards of COD and BF, or even PUBG's great controller layout.
