Creating a map / terrain mod (currently 'The Moon Final' on workshop)

When attempting to download it freezes at a low percentage (usually 1-4%), and when loaded manually and I try load into the scenario it just has a black screen / freezes the game (because the radar thing on the top right freezes).

Works fine in World Editor and if I load in from the main menu in world editor.
