When clipping a watch tower or fence Kit into a building the prompt to build base with shovel or pickaxe does not prompt. Only when you move the fence Kit or watch tower kit away from wall will the shovel and pickaxe get promoted to "build base".

Confirmed build anywhere is enabled in my cfggameplay.json. only after update did this problem begin.
