there are a few servers where i keep running into the issue of not being able to log in, and this occurs in the form of me not being able to get past the loading screen with the red bar at the bottom, it gets stuck halfway and i can wait for 30 minutes and it still wont load me in. sometimes i do load in but then i will have the problem where im not able to interact with anything, can't pick up items, cant take out anything out of my inventory, cant open doors etc.
this problem is only on two servers for me, other servers i have no problem playing on.

have already tried resetting router uninstalling game and deleting all the data, but nothing seems to help. any of you guys have come across this problem before and know a fix for it?
