The free look with holding L1 is limited to an 90 degree angle in all directions

This means everything is fine when looking straight forward and then holding L1 to look around. But as soon as you're already looking up or down and then hold L1 to look around it's only possible to use free look in a 90 degree angle and not all the way up or down
