Not enough medium or high insulation clothing spawning in new spawn zones. With latest patch changing the overall climate of the game the clothing spawns have not been reassessed for this change causing players to die within twenty minutes of spawning on any server. Temperature issues seem to also include randomly losing heat while standing inside a house with no logical reason as to why.
