I had and m16 in my hands and put it in my inventory, then my sensitivity was lowered to the lowest sensitivity and when i pulled my m16 out again it was restored to my custom sensitivity

This happens since day one on consoles afaik. Same as the issue with the different sense with iron sights and scopes.
