Loaded up server la2635 twice now and twice it takes me to my last saved position but everything isn't fully rendered. Such that it looks like I'm outside when I should be in a building and I can't move or select any functions of the game what so ever

Steps To Reproduce
Exit application via PS button as all menu buttons inoperative. Load up again and crashes again.
