Been playing since experimental since lunch of 1.14 and can not find a single heavy zombie any of the bases i was able to find them at before. Can't find them in nwaf, vmc, myshico tents, zelenogorsk, or tisy. If you plan on lunching this next Wednesday i hope the dayz team fixes that before then.
