I was playing on server LA 4296 when I was trying to attack a zombie. After watching the zombie skip around the screen a few times. Suddenly my character was hit SIX times in a row causing me to get 2 bleeds. Even though the zombie was nowhere near me.

Before that I had to log out and log back in because I was unable to loot players I had killed, as well as other loot around the map.
