This bug has happened before in previous updates through the years. I have contracted some sort of sickness. Based on the symptoms of coughing, sneezing, fever I assume it's influenza. I've taken every available pill in game, and even done so naked and away from other players so nothing I infected was on me. Ive taken Tetracycline. Ive taken multivitamins. I've taken them both at the same time. The sickness still hasn't gone away. I've restarted the game several times to see if it would clear up like in the past and nothing has changed.

I contracted the sickness in less than 5 minutes of spawning in being In the cold, and then resonated with a new character and got it at random from who knows what. The first time I killed my character. I responded and it happened again when it was cold in game. I understand how the sickness works and you must keep you're character warm. I have tried sitting in front of a fire for an entire in game day to keep warm and stay hydrated but nothing gets rid of the sickness I have
