Desert Map:

The Chara Sands -
Russia's Siberia is probably the strangest desert in the world. In some ways it's a normal desert with high dunes and sand storms. However, this small desert (only 5 x 10 km) is surrounded by taiga, rivers, swamps, and springs.
The Chara Sands is a popular tourist spot.

Kharan Desert -
The Kharan Desert (Urdu: صحرائے خاران‎) is a sandy and mountainous desert situated in Balochistan province in south-western Pakistan.
This desert was the site of Pakistan's second nuclear test, Chagai-II, which was carried out on 30 May 1998.

The Western Desert of Egypt -
An area of the Sahara that lies west of the river Nile, up to the Libyan border, and south from the Mediterranean sea to the border with Sudan. The desert covers an area of 680,650 km2 (262,800 sq mi) which is two-thirds of the land area of the country.

Forest / Jungle Map:

The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
A large primeval forest located in south-western Uganda in the Kanungu District. The forest is on the edge of the Albertine Rift, the western branch of the East African Rift, at elevations ranging from 1,160 to 2,607 metres.

Established: 1991

The temperate rainforests of the Russian Far East
Within the Russian states of Primorsky Krai and Khabarovski Krai and contains the Sikhote-Alin mountain range. Found within the Russian Federation, this area is one of the most productive and diverse forests in the world and also contains one of the highest endangered species densities on Earth. While most temperate rainforests around the world have retained only a fraction of their historical range, these forests maintain the majority of their former range and almost all of their historical biodiversity. The region is also notable for having what has become the last remaining large tract of viable habitat for the critically endangered Amur tiger and Amur leopard.

Białowieża Forest
Ine of the last and largest remaining parts of the immense primeval forest that once stretched across the European Plain. The forest is home to 800 European bison, Europe's heaviest land animal.

Dense Urban Cities:

The Greater Tokyo Area -
The most populous metropolitan area in the world, consisting of the Kantō region of Japan as well as the prefecture of Yamanashi of the neighboring Chūbu region. In Japanese, it is referred to by various terms, one of the most common being Capital Region.

Ho Chi Minh City, or Saigon -
Is the largest city in Vietnam, situated in the south. In the southeastern region, the city surrounds the Saigon River and covers about 2,061 square kilometres.

New York City -
Comprises 5 boroughs sitting where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean. At its core is Manhattan, a densely populated borough that’s among the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centers. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building and sprawling Central Park. Broadway theater is staged in neon-lit Times Square.

Moscow -
On the Moskva River in western Russia, is the nation’s cosmopolitan capital. In its historic core is the Kremlin, a complex that’s home to the president and tsarist treasures in the Armoury.

Heavily Militarized Locations:

Israel -
A Middle Eastern country on the Mediterranean Sea, is regarded by Jews, Christians and Muslims as the biblical Holy Land. Its most sacred sites are in Jerusalem. Within its Old City, the Temple Mount complex includes the Dome of the Rock shrine, the historic Western Wall, Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Israel's financial hub, Tel Aviv, is known for its Bauhaus architecture and beaches

An island city-state with the best air force and navy in Southeast Asia, and one of the most powerful militaries in the world. Singapore has been able to integrate complex weapons systems
